NOTICE OF COMMISSIONER’S SALE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that in pursuance of the authority and directions in the Default Judgment and Decree of Foreclosure made and entered on the 27th day of April, 2026, in a certain cause of the Circuit Court of Poinsett County, Arkansas (Case No. 56CV-25-233), then pending between First Financial Bank, Plaintiff, and Defendant Jimmy Neal Meeks, the undersigned, as Commissioner of said Court, will offer for sale at public venue to the highest bidder, in the lobby of the Poinsett County Circuit Courthouse, located at 401 Market Street, Harrisburg, AR 72432, within the hours prescribed by law for judicial sales, on the 21st day of May, 2026, beginning at 10:30 a.m., the following-described real estate located in Poinsett County, Arkansas, to-wit:
Lot 2 and the East ½ of Lot 3 in Block 3 of Portis Westside Addition to the town of Lepanto, Arkansas
More commonly known as 102 Romeo Circle, Lepanto, Arkansas 72354 (the “Real Property”).
TERMS OF SALE: The sale is “as is where is” without any warranty whatsoever. The purchaser will be required to pay ten percent (10%) of the successful bid in cash, non-refundable, before 3:00 p.m. on the day of the sale, and post a security deposit as may be acceptable to First Financial Bank and such bid shall accrue interest at the lawful rate from date of sale until paid within three (3) months after the date of sale and a lien being retained on the property and collateral
and improvements to secure payment of the purchase amount. The purchase of the Real Property will be subject to the prior mortgages held by First Community Bank f/k/a Little River Bank, and United States of America, acting through the Farm Service Agency, United States Department of Agriculture.
