Subcontractor Bid Solicitation
Alessi Keyes Construction, acting as Construction Manager for the City of Maumelle, is seeking interested subcontractors to bid the Earthwork/Site Utilities/Site Concrete for the new Fire and Police Training Facility located off Carnahan Drive in Maumelle, Arkansas. Plans may be obtained by contacting John Phillips (jphillips@alessikeyes.com) or 501.225.6699. Bids are due by 2:00pm on November 10th, 2026. Bids received afterward will not be considered. Bid Security of 5% of the bid amount or Cashier’s Check must accompany each bid of $50,000 or more. Performance and Payment Bonds will also be required. Bidders must have a current general or specialty license from the Arkansas Contractors Licensing Board. A site inspection is scheduled for November 4th at 9:00am. The city reserves the right to wave any informalities or reject all bids.
