The City of Bella Vista is requesting Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms interested in providing third-party municipal building services, including but not limited to permit intake and review; residential and commercial plan review; field inspections for building, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and other related work; code interpretation; document retention and public access records support; periodic reporting to city leadership; and other services for the remainder of the year 2026 through 2027. Full scope of work requested can be found on the city’s website or requested from the Building Division.
Statements of Qualifications must be received at the City of Bella Vista Building Division, 103 Town Center, Bella Vista, AR 72714 before 9 a.m. Monday, Nov. 9, 2026.
Application forms may be downloaded from the city’s website at http://bellavistaar.gov/bids. Direct questions to Roger Gier, Chief Building Official, at rgier@bellavistaar.gov.
Firms shall be qualified to do business and licensed in accordance with all applicable laws of the state and local governments where the project is located.
Pursuant to A.C.A. §22-9-203, the City of Bella Vista encourages all qualified small, minority, and women owned business enterprises to bid on and receive contracts for goods, services, and construction. Also, the City of Bella Vista encourages all general contractors to subcontract portions of their contract to qualified small, minority, and women owned business enterprises.
The City of Bella Vista reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive irregularities therein, and all proposers shall agree that such rejection shall be without liability on the part of the City of Bella Vista for any damage or claim brought by any proposer because of such rejections, nor shall the proposers seek any recourse of any kind against the City of Bella Vista because of such rejections. The filing of any proposal in response to this invitation shall constitute an agreement of the proposer to these conditions.
