A part of Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 14, Township 19 South, Range 8 West, Ashley County, Arkansas described as follows: Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter; thence S88º08’46’ W along the North line thereof 603.24 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence continue S 88º08’46’W along said North line 391.86 feet; thence depart from said North line S 0º02’53’W 333. 15 feet; thence N 88º08’46’’E 391.86 feet; thence N 0º02’53’’E 333. 13 feet to the Point of Beginning, describing 3.0 acres more or less.
