LEGAL NOTICE:
CITY OF SHERWOOD, ARKANSAS. REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ), DISASTER DEBRIS MONITORING SERVICES
Notice is hereby given that the City of Sherwood, Arkansas is soliciting sealed Request for Qualifications (RFQ’s) from qualified and experienced contractors for Disaster Debris Monitoring Services to be utilized in the event of a natural or man-made disaster.
The City of Sherwood, Arkansas, is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms to provide Disaster Debris Monitoring Services in the event of a disaster or other emergency requiring debris removal within the City of Sherwood.
The selected consultant will provide professional disaster debris monitoring services, including, but not limited to, monitoring and documenting debris removal activities, verifying quantities and eligible debris, documenting contractor operations, providing field reports and supporting documentation, and assisting the City with documentation necessary for potential FEMA and other applicable disaster reimbursement programs.
All work performed under this contract shall comply with applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations, including but not limited to requirements of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Arkansas Division of Emergency Management (ADEM), and all provisions outlined under 2 CFR Part 200 (Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards). Contractors must also comply with all applicable FEMA Public Assistance Program and Policy Guide (PAPPG) requirements to ensure eligibility for federal reimbursement.
Sealed proposals will be received until Wednesday, October 28, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at City of Sherwood City Hall, 2199 E Kiehl Ave, Sherwood AR, 72120. Proposals received after this deadline will not be considered.

The City of Sherwood reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any informalities or irregularities in the submission process, and to accept the proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the City. The City also reserves the right to award contracts to one or more contractors.
This procurement shall be conducted in accordance with all applicable Arkansas procurement laws and emergency contracting provisions.
