Invitation to Bid
Bismarck High School Gym Addition
1. TIME & PLACE:
Bid packages for the Bismarck High School Gym Addition, 11292 AR-84, Bismarck, AR, are available for Trade Contractor proposals. Bid packages include: TP #01- Earthwork and Storm Drainage, TP #02- Concrete, TP #03- Masonry, TP #04- Structural and Miscellaneous Steel (Supply), TP #05- PEMB and Steel Erection, TP #06- PEMB (Supply), TP #07- Millwork, TP #08- Waterproofing, TP #09- Roofing, TP #10- Doors, Frames, Hardware, and Specialties (Supply), TP #11- Overhead Doors, TP #12- Glass & Glazing, TP #13- Light Gauge Framing, Drywall, Acoustical, TP #14- Polished Concrete, TP #15- Flooring, TP #16- Painting, TP #17- Wood Flooring, TP #18- Fixed Audience Seating, TP #19- Gymnasium Equipment, TP #20- Elevator, TP #21- Signage, TP #22- Fire Sprinkler, TP #23- HVAC, TP #24- Plumbing, TP #25- Mechanical Combo, TP #26- Electrical, and TP #27- Asphalt.
Bids will be received until 2:00 P.M. (CDT) on Tuesday, October 6th, at the Nabholz Construction office located at 1718 Aldersgate Road, Little Rock, AR.
Bids must be submitted on the bid form furnished in the Instructions for Bid documents. All bids will be received and taken under advisement. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Bids received after the closing time will not be opened, reviewed or considered. Bids are on a lump sum basis.

2. EXAMINATION & PROCUREMENT OF DOCUMENTS:
Construction Documents are available to be obtained electronically at no cost by qualified bidders through Building Connected. Contact a project team member listed below to access documents.
3. BID REQUIREMENTS
Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount must accompany each bid over $50,000.00, in accordance with the Instructions for Bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formalities. Bidder must have a current general or specialty license from the Arkansas Contractor’s License Board before the bid proposal will be considered. The bid proposal and work of the proposed contract shall be in accordance with all applicable federal, state, county and local laws, ordinances, and regulations.
