Notice is hereby given that the undersigned has filed with the Alcoholic Beverage Control Division of the State of Arkansas an application to transfer the location of wholesale beer and minimum wholesale liquor permits from: 11101 Smitty Lane, North Little Rock, AR 72117 Pulaski County
to: 7400 Scott Hamilton Drive, Little Rock, AR 72209, Pulaski County
Said application was filed on September 14, 2026. The undersigned states that he/she is a resident of Arkansas, of good moral character; that he/she has never been convicted of a felony or other crime involving moral turpitude; that no license to sell alcoholic beverages by the undersigned has been revoked within five (5) years last past; and, that the undersigned has never been convicted of violating the laws of this State, or any other State, relative to the sale of controlled beverages.
