Audit Services
Hope Water and Light (HWL) is soliciting proposals from certified public accounting firms to provide audit services for HWL beginning fiscal year end December 31, 2026. Specifications can be requested beginning September 14, 2026. The deadline for submission of sealed proposals delivered to the HWL office at 105 N Elm, Hope, AR 71801 is Wednesday, October 14, 2026, at 10:00 am. HWL reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
