NOTICE OF INTENT TO ISSUE A REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEERING DESIGN SERVICES, ON-CALL TYPE CRITICAL MAINTENANCE AND ALTERATION PROJECTS

SAS Division of Building Authority (DBA) is soliciting responses from qualified consultants to provide basic professional ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEERING design services as defined by the SAS Division of Building Authority Minimum Standards and Criteria (MSC) for On-Call Type Critical Maintenance and Alteration Projects located at SAS DBA owned properties throughout the state of Arkansas.
Agency is seeking a qualified firm to provide professional Environmental Engineering design services for general renovations, alteration, and repair of State owned buildings. The initial term of the contract will be for four (4) years. Afterwards, the term of the contract may be extended by contract amendment each year for up to seven (7) years.
A detailed request for qualifications (RFQ) package will be provided to interested parties outlining the submittal requirements and selection methodology. Responses received for this RFQ will be used to screen prospective consultants and select finalist for interview in accordance with the MSC. The Agency reserves the right to award one or more contracts under this solicitation and to negotiate fees on a percentage basis, lump sum basis or an hourly not-to-exceed basis on individual project assignments as appropriate for the contemplated work.
The deadline for submitting detailed responses to this RFQ will be 3:30 PM, September 30, 2026.
