RFQ: Architectural and Engineering Professional Services
The University of Arkansas-East Arkansas Community College (UAEACC) has been awarded funding through the Delta Regional Authority (DRA) States’ Economic Development Assistance Program (SEDAP) to support the reinstatement of its Carpentry/Construction Technology Program, including related facility improvements and renovations.
UAEACC is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified architectural and engineering firms interested in providing professional services for this project.
The selection process will be conducted in accordance with all applicable federal and state procurement requirements. Qualifications will be evaluated based on specialized experience, technical competence, past performance, capacity to perform the required services, and familiarity with similar projects. Firms must be eligible to perform work in the State of Arkansas and maintain an active registration in SAM.gov.
