Take notice that on May 20, 2026, a Complaint for Replevin was filed by Plaintiff Arvest Bank in the Circuit Court of Pulaski County, Arkansas. The Complaint was filed praying for judgment IN REM and IN PERSONAM, against Defendants Adam Short and Amber Gossett, as of May 15, 2026, the principal amount of $27,218.85, interest in the amount of $186.20, late fees in the amount of $601.91, and unpaid loan fees in the amount of $550.00, for a total amount of $28,556.96, all to bear interest at the rate of 4.54% per annum, together with attorney’s fees and costs, and any and all additional relief as may be proper under the allegations hereof, all to bear interest at the highest legally allowable rate until Plaintiff is paid in full. This Warning Order is being published because, after diligent inquiry, the Plaintiff has been unable to locate the Defendants. The collateral which will be affected by this Warning Order is as follows:

Now, unless you appear within thirty (30) days after the date of this Notice and show cause against such application, Plaintiff may take judgment by default, which will be entered against you.
