NORTH LITTLE ROCK PLANNING COMMISSION
Notice of Public Hearing of the North Little Rock Planning Commission. On September 8, 2026, at 4:00 P.M. in the North Little Rock City Council Chambers (300 Main St., NLR, AR) pursuant to its own motion, the North Little Rock Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing under the authority of North Little Rock Zoning Ordinance. CU2026-07 a Conditional Use to allow an outdoor laydown yard for property located adjacent to Gregory Addition Lot 1 to the City of North Little Rock, Pulaski County, AR addressed as 1100 E 12th Street Part of the NE ¼ of Section 35, Township 2 North, Range 12 West, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as follows, to-wit: Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Section 35; thence run Southwardly from the Northeast Corner of said Section 35 along the Easterly side of said Section 704.1 feet; thence Southwesterly with an angle of 74 degrees 57 minutes to the right 269.8 feet to the point of beginning of the land to be described, from the-point of beginning thus established, continue Southwesterly along the prolongation of the last described course 758.2. feet more. or less to the Southeast comer of property sold by the Trustee of Missouri Pacific Railroad Company to North Little Rock Dryer and Storage Company, lnc., on March 19, 1951; thence Northwesterly with an angle of 69 degrees 39 minutes to the right and along the Northeasterly line of said North Little Rock Dryer and Storage Company property and the prolongation thereof 347 feet; thence Northeasterly with angle of 99 degrees 50 minutes to the right 260 feet; thence Northeasterly with angle of 9 degrees 8 minutes to right 614 feet (said course being parallel to and 60 feet distant Southeasterly from the grantors Northerly property line); thence Southeasterly with an angle of 90 degrees to the right 387.7 feet more or less to the point of beginning, RZ2026-14 a rezoning from R1 to R3 to allow a Type 2 Short-term Rental @ 1217 Garland Avenue described as Lot 2 Blk 3 Park Hill 1N to the City of North Little Rock, Pulaski County, AR, SU2026-16 a Special Use to allow a Type 2 Short-term Rental in an R3 zoning district @ 1217 Garland Avenue described as Lot 2 Blk 3 Park Hill 1N to the City of North Little Rock, Pulaski County, AR, SU2026-14 a Special Use to allow auto sales in a C3 zoning district located @ 1201 Parkway Dr described as Lot 1 Graham Homer L Replat to the City of North Little Rock, Pulaski County, AR, SU2023-32 an amendment to a previously approved Special Use to allow the continued use of temporary classrooms for the New Life Pentecostal Church @ 12506 HWY 165 described as Lot 1 New Life Pentecostal Church Addition to the City of North Little Rock, Pulaski County, AR, RZ2026-13 a rezoning from R4 to C6 to allow a residence and commercial/office use, with separate users @ 416 Orange Street described as Lot 7 & 8 Clendennen’s Addition to the City of North Little Rock, Pulaski County, AR, RZ2026-15 a rezoning from C3 to I1 to allow a fabrication workshop for custom furniture located on the Northwest Corner of Richardson Drive and Counts Massie Road described as Lot 2 Meeks Industrial Park to the City of North Little Rock, Pulaski County, AR.
