Under the provisions of Act 163 of the 1993 Arkansas Legislature, this is to give notice that the Arkansas Department of Energy and Environment (E&E) - Division of Environmental Quality (DEQ), Office of Water Quality has received an application for renewal on June 22, 2026, with additional information submitted through August 19, 2026, for a no-discharge permit, Permit No. 4145-WR-4, for the storage and land application of effluent. The permit application was submitted from the following applicant:

The facility site is located as follows: Section 20 Township 6 North Range 15 West, near the city of Plumerville in Conway County, Arkansas. Interested persons desiring to request a public hearing on the application may do so in writing.
