Take notice that on June 8, 2026, a Petition for Dependency Neglect was filed by the Arkansas Department of Human Services in the Circuit Court, Juvenile Division of Hempstead County, Arkansas to determine dependency neglect on the following juveniles: M. G., FEMALE, DOB: 6/2/2026 and A. W-G. FEMALE, DOB 1/11/2024,
Putative parents take notice that pursuant to Arkansas state law, you have the right to:
(A) Know the methods of establishing paternity. You can establish paternity by:
1. Proving that you were married to the mother of the child at the time the child was born;
2. Presenting an Acknowledgment of Paternity that has been properly signed and filed with the Arkansas Department of Health, Office of Vital Records; or
3. Proving that a court of competent jurisdiction has entered an order declaring that you are the child’s legal father.
(B) Prove that you have had significant contacts with the above-named juveniles.
(C) Be heard by the Court.
