QUIET TITLE ACTION
Notice is hereby given that a petition has been filed in the office of the Circuit Clerk of Hot Spring County, Arkansas, to quiet and confirm title in and to the following described property in Hot Spring County, Arkansas:
A part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter in Section 28, Township 4 South, Range 17 West, minutely described as: Beginning at the Southeast corner of the tract of land deeded to Mrs. Grace Pyle, as shown in Deed record #20 at page 318, records of Hot Spring County, Arkansas, and run Thence in a Southerly direction 141 feet, more or less to the North side of the Pavement on Highway #67, as now established, thence west along the North side of the pavement on Highway #67, 146 feet, Thence Northerly 244 feet, more or less to Gum Tree, Thence Southeasterly 191 feet, more or less to point of beginning.
Any person claiming any title or interest of any kind to such property is hereby notified to appear herein on or before thirty (30) days to assert his title or interest in such property and to demonstrate why title to this property should not be quieted and confirmed in the Plaintiffs.
