NOTICE OF FILING APPLICATION FOR WHOLESALE LIQUOR PERMIT
Notice is hereby given that the undersigned has filed an application with the Alcoholic Beverage Control Division of the State of Arkansas for a permit to sell spirituous, vinous, and malt liquor at retail to be carried out and not consumed on the licensed premises described as:
1900 E. 15th St., Little Rock, Pulaski County
Said application was filed on July 1, 2026. The undersigned states that he/she is a resident of Arkansas, of good moral character; that he/she has never been convicted of a felony or other crime involving moral turpitude; that no license to sell alcoholic beverages by the undersigned has been revoked within five (5) years last past; and, that the undersigned has never been convicted of violating the laws of this State, or any other State, relative to the sale of controlled beverages.
