A tract of land located in the Northeast corner of the Northeast Quarter of Section Three (3), Township Seven (7) North, Range Five (5) East, also being known as Block Five (5) of Lansing Wheelbarrow Company’s First Addition to the City of Parkin, Arkansas, and being more particularly described as follows: Starting at the Northeast corner of the Northeast Quarter of Section Three (3), Township Seven (7) North, Range Five (5) East; thence South 03 degrees 00 minutes East 30 feet to the Northeast corner of said tract also being the South right-of-way line of Highway 64B and the point of beginning; thence South 86 degrees 13 minutes West 450 feet (holding 30 feet South and parallel to the centerline of Highway 64B) to the Northwest Corner of tract; thence South 03 degrees 00 minutes East 490 feet to the Southwest corner of tract; thence North 86 degrees 13 minutes East 450 feet to the Southeast corner of tract; thence North 03 degrees 00 minutes West along the Section line 490 feet to the Northeast corner of tract and point of beginning.
Also a strip of land lying in the Northeast Quarter of Section Three (3), Township Seven (7) North, Range Five (5) East, Cross County, Arkansas, also being known as Block Five (5) of Lansing Wheelbarrow Company’s First Addition to the City of Parkin, Arkansas, and being 450.0 feet wide and approximately 825 feet long, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the intersection of the South right-of-way line of U.S. Highway #64B and the East line of said Section Three (3), being the Northeast corner of Farmers Co-op 5.0 acre tract; thence South along the Section line 490 feet to the Southeast corner of said 5.0 acre tract for the point of beginning; thence Westerly along the Farmer Co-op South line 450 feet; thence South to the M.O.P. Railroad North right of way; thence Easterly along said right of way to the East line of Section Three (3); thence North along Section line to the point of beginning. DEFENDANTS

QUIET TITLE ACTION
Notice is hereby given that there has been filed in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Cross County, Arkansas, a Petition to confirm and quiet title in Linda Littlejohn and to the following real property, to-wit:
A tract of land located in the Northeast corner of the Northeast Quarter of Section Three (3), Township Seven (7) North, Range Five (5) East, also being known as Block Five (5) of Lansing Wheelbarrow Company’s First Addition to the City of Parkin, Arkansas, and being more particularly described as follows: Starting at the Northeast corner of the Northeast Quarter of Section Three (3), Township Seven (7) North, Range Five (5) East; thence South 03 degrees 00 minutes East 30 feet to the Northeast corner of said tract also being the South right-of-way line of Highway 64B and the point of beginning; thence South 86 degrees 13 minutes West 450 feet (holding 30 feet South and parallel to the centerline of Highway 64B) to the Northwest Corner of tract; thence South 03 degrees 00 minutes East 490 feet to the Southwest corner of tract; thence North 86 degrees 13 minutes East 450 feet to the Southeast corner of tract; thence North 03 degrees 00 minutes West along the Section line 490 feet to the Northeast corner of tract and point of beginning.

All persons claiming ownership of said real property, or any interest therein are hereby notified and warned to appear in said Court within thirty (30) days and show cause why the title to said real property should not be confirmed in said Linda Littlejohn.
