The Central Arkansas Workforce Development Board (CAWDB) is seeking an independent consultant to conduct WIOA One Stop Operator and Title I Monitoring of the Central AR Workforce Development Area for the PY25 program year. The Central Arkansas Planning and Development District is the current One-Stop Operator.
