The decedent’s daughter, Karen Jo Chudy, filed an Affidavit for Collection of Small Estate by Distributee on June 9, 2026, pursuant to A.C.A. § 28-41-101. The sole asset owned by the decedent and listed in the Affidavit was her residence/homestead at 15925 Willits Road, North Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas 72117 (Legal Description: Part of the NW 1/4, S-4, T-1N, R-10W of the Fifth Principal Meridian, more particularly described as follows: Commence at the NW corner of said NW 1/4, S-4; thence North 89 degrees 30 minutes East a distance of 1,917.9 feet to the point of beginning; thence North 89 degrees 30 minutes East a distance of 200 feet; thence South 0 degrees 37 minutes East a distance of 552.52 feet; thence South 89 degrees 07 minutes West a distance of 200 feet; thence North 0 degrees 37 minutes West a distance of 553.86 feet to the point of beginning, and part of the Northwest Quarter, Section 4, Township 1 North, Range 10 West of the Fifth Principal Meridian, more particularly described as follows: Commence at the NW corner of said NW 1/4, S-4; thence North 89 degrees 30 minutes East a distance of 2,117.9 feet to the point of beginning; thence North 89 degrees 30 minutes East a distance of 200 feet; thence South 0 degrees 37 minutes East a distance of 551.18 feet; thence South 89 degrees 07 minutes West a distance of 200 feet; thence North 0 degrees 37 minutes West a distance of 552.52 feet to the point of beginning, and part of the NW 1/4, Section 4, Township 1 North, Range 10 West of the Fifth Principal Meridian, more particularly described as follows: Commence at the NW corner of said NW 1/4, Section 4; thence North 89 degrees 30 minutes East a distance of 2,317.9 feet to the point of beginning; thence North 89 degrees 30 minutes East a distance of 200 feet; thence South 0 degrees 37 minutes East a distance of 549.84 feet; thence South 89 degrees 07 minutes West a distance of 200 feet; thence North 0 degrees 37 minutes West a distance of 551.18 feet to the point of beginning and part of the Northwest Quarter, Section 4, Township 1 North, Range 10 West of the Fifth Principal Meridian, more particularly described as follows: Commence at the NW corner of said NW 1/4, Section 4; thence North 89 degrees 30 minutes East a distance of 2,517.9 feet to the point of beginning; thence North 89 degrees 30 minutes East a distance of 197.4 feet; thence South 0 degrees 46 minutes East a distance of 548.5 feet; thence South 89 degrees 07 minutes West a distance of 198.4 feet; thence North 0 degrees 37 minutes West a distance of 549.84 feet to the point of beginning. Subject to all public and private roads and easements.”
All persons having claims against the estate must exhibit them, duly verified, to the undersigned within three (3) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they shall be forever barred and precluded from any benefit in the estate.
