NOTICE OF PROBATE OF WILL
An instrument dated May 23, 2012, was on the 20th day of May, 2026, admitted to probate as the Last Will of the above-named decedent; and the undersigned has been appointed administratrix thereunder. Contest of the probate of the Will can be affected only by filing a petition within the time provided by law.

Clark County Property
Lots Nine (9) and Ten (10) in Block Five (5) in Orchard Hill Addition to Arkadelphia, Arkansas.
Marion County, Mississippi Property
The NW ¼ of the SE ¼ of Section 24, Township 5 North, Range 17 West;
AND ALSO:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of the Southwest quarter of the Southeast quarter (SW ¼ of SE ¼) of Section 24, Township 5 North, Range 17 West of St Stephens Meridian, and run thence South 140 yards; thence run West 210 yards; thence run North 140 yards; and, thence run East 210 yards to the Place of Beginning, and containing six (6) acres, more or less, and being a part and parcel of the SW ¼ of SE ¼ of Section 24, Township 5 North, Range 17 West of St. Stephens Meridian.
Together with all improvements thereon situated and appurtenances thereunto belonging.
All persons having claims against the estate must exhibit them, duly verified, to the undersigned within three (3) months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they shall be forever barred and precluded from any benefit in the estate. Provided that claims for injury or death caused by the negligence of the decedent shall be filed within six (6) months from the date of the first publication of the notice or they shall be forever barred and precluded from any benefit in such estate.
