Sealed bids will be received by the Engineering Department on behalf of the Board of Commissioners, Central Arkansas Water, 338 Pleasant Valley Drive, Little Rock, Arkansas 72212, in Wilson WTP Maintenance Building #11, Conference Room, until 10:00 A.M., June 30, 2026, for the following:

36” Water Main Relocation
Install Approximately 2,345 Linear Feet of 36” Ductile Iron Pipe

Plans and specifications may be examined and obtained at the above office at no cost.
Direct any bid questions to Joseph T. O’Hara, Senior Engineer, Central Arkansas Water at joe.o’hara@carkw.com. All bids must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in an amount equal to at least 5% of the total bid.
There will be a PRE-BID MEETING at 338 Pleasant Valley Drive, Little Rock, Arkansas 72212, at the Wilson WTP Maintenance Building #11, Conference Room, on June 23, 2026, at 10am. All bidders are recommended to attend.
The Commission reserves the right to waive formalities, reject any or all bids, and to accept the bid deemed to serve the best interest of Central Arkansas Water.
