NOTICE OF FILING APPLICATION FOR PERMIT TO SELL ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES FOR CONSUMPTION ON THE PREMISES
Notice is hereby given that the undersigned has filed an application with the Alcoholic Beverage Control Division of the State of Arkansas for a permit to sell alcoholic beverages for consumption on the premises described as:
1333 Wwy 65S, Clinton, Van Buren County.
Said application was filed on February 4, 2026. The undersigned states that he/she is a resident of Arkansas, of good moral character; that he/she has never been convicted of a felony or other crime involving moral turpitude; that no license to sell alcoholic beverages by the undersigned has been revoked within five (5) years last past; and, that the undersigned has never been convicted of violating the laws of this State, or any other State, relative to the sale of controlled beverages.
