NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of the State Banking Board is scheduled for Thursday, June 25, 2026. The meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. at the Arkansas Department of Commerce, 1 Commerce Way, Little Rock, Arkansas.
The Board will hear the following items of business:
1. An application for the conversion of Legacy National Bank, Springdale, Washington County, Arkansas, to become a state-chartered bank to be known as Legacy Bank, Springdale, Washington County, Arkansas.
2. Any other business, which may properly be brought before the Board.
