Take notice that on May 12, 2026 an amended petition was filed by the Arkansas Department of Human Services in the Circuit Court, Juvenile Division, of Union County, Arkansas, to terminate parental rights of the following juvenile: G.M., DOB: April 7, 2013. Such declaration could result in termination of your parental rights.
A hearing on the petition to terminate parental rights is scheduled for June 15, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. via Zoom. LaQuetta Henry is appointed as counsel for Candice Lackey. If you desire to be represented by an attorney, you should immediately contact your attorney so that an answer can be filed for you and he may appear with you at any hearing.
