Notice is hereby given that the City of North Little Rock’s Commerce Division will receive sealed statements until Tuesday, September 8, 2026 at 10:30 a.m. on the following:
RFQ’s FOR BOND COUNSEL TO ADVISE THE CITY OF THE ISSUANCE OF BONDS FOR THE REDEVELOPMENT DISTRICT OF THE CITY OF NORTH LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS #2 (“LOWER BARING CROSS DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT”)
Specifications and required bid forms may be secured from the City of North Little Rock, Commerce Division, 700 West 29th Street in North Little Rock or www.nlr.ar.gov. The right is reserved by the City of North Little Rock to reject any or all bids, in whole or part, or award items separately, or to waive informalities in bids received.
The City of North Little Rock encourages participation from MBE/DBE/WBE and SBA vendors.
