The City of Pine Bluff, Arkansas is requesting qualifications/proposals from qualified CPA firms to perform Single Audit services in accordance with Government Auditing Standards (Yellow Book) and 2CFR Part 200, subpart F. Proposals will be accepted until 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 4. 2026 in Room 202, Office of the City Clerk, ATTN: Single Audit, 200 East 8th Avenue, Pine Bluff, AR 71601.
