REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
ROOF REPAIR PROJECT
The City of Elaine is seeking qualified, licensed contractors with commercial roofing experience to submit proposals for roof repair services at Elaine City Hall and the adjacent Police Department located at 116 Main Street, Elaine, Arkansas.
The project includes roof repair and may include water damage remediation. Contractors must provide proof of insurance, bonding, contractor licensing information, references, warranty information, and a proposed project timeline.
A mandatory site inspection is required prior to proposal submission.
To obtain a complete Request for Proposals (RFP) packet and schedule a site inspection, contractors must email Mayor Lisa Hicks Gilbert at: mayorofelaine@gmail.com
No phone calls will be accepted.
Sealed proposals are due no later than Tuesday, June 16, 2026, at 4:00 PM.
The City of Elaine reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to select the proposal determined to be in the best interest of the City.
