Benson, et al., Defendants, the undersigned, as Commissioner of said Court, will offer for sale at public venue to the highest bidder, at the Clay County Courthouse in which said Court is held, located in Piggott, Arkansas, within the hours prescribed by law for judicial sales, on the 22nd day of April, 2021, at 10:00 a.m., the following described real property being more accurately described as follows: A part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4 NE 1/4) of Section Sixteen (16), Township Nineteen (19) North, Range Seven (7) East of the Fifth Principal Meridian, and being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of the aforesaid tract and running thence East Four Hundred Thirty (430) feet, thence South Five Hundred Fifty (550) feet, thence West Four Hundred Thirty (430) feet, thence North Five Hundred Fifty (550) feet to the point of beginning, in the Eastern District of Clay County, Arkansas.
