REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS
ROADWAY AND INTERSECTION DESIGN SERVICES
RFQ-21-17
The City of Bentonville, Arkansas is seeking Statements of Qualifications from properly qualified and experienced professionals to design, prepare construction documents, and provide project management for various roadway and intersection projects associated with the potential 2021 Bond Issue. The scope will include, but not be limited to engineering plans and specifications for construction, permitting, construction observations, and project management.
The City reserves the right to award a contract for the services to more than one firm; however, the City may elect to award the complete services to one firm, whatever is in the City's best interest as determined by the City, including the Selection Committee.
Interested parties can obtain the required Response Packet by emailing purchasing@bentonvillear.com, by calling 479-271-3115, from the Purchasing Office located at the address below, or by downloading the documents from the City's website by visiting http://bentonvillear.com/211/Purchasing and selecting 'Review Open RFQs/RFPs'.
The Submission Deadline is 4:30pm Tuesday, March 16, 2021. Submissions may be mailed or hand-delivered to the Purchasing Office located on the 2nd floor of the City of Bentonville Administrative Services Building, located at 1000 SW 14th Street Bentonville, AR 72712. Submissions must be submitted in a sealed envelope with RFQ-21-15 on the outer envelope and must be received by the Purchasing Office prior to the Submission Deadline.
