ROADWAY AND INTERSECTION DESIGN SERVICES

The City of Bentonville, Arkansas is seeking Statements of Qualifications from properly qualified and experienced professionals to design, prepare construction documents, and provide project management for various roadway and intersection projects associated with the potential 2021 Bond Issue. The scope will include, but not be limited to engineering plans and specifications for construction, permitting, construction observations, and project management.
The City reserves the right to award a contract for the services to more than one firm; however, the City may elect to award the complete services to one firm, whatever is in the City's best interest as determined by the City, including the Selection Committee.

The Submission Deadline is 4:30pm Tuesday, March 16, 2021. Submissions may be mailed or hand-delivered to the Purchasing Office located on the 2nd floor of the City of Bentonville Administrative Services Building, located at 1000 SW 14th Street Bentonville, AR 72712. Submissions must be submitted in a sealed envelope with RFQ-21-15 on the outer envelope and must be received by the Purchasing Office prior to the Submission Deadline.

The Clarksville Airport Commission is hereby soliciting statements of qualifications and experience from airport consultants for projects at Clarksville Municipal Airport. These projects may include but not necessarily limited to

1. Apron Rehabilitation
2. Taxiway Extension
3. AWOS Installation
The required services include, but are not limited to, airport planning, design, environmental, construction, and A/E services for all phases, and necessary incidental services for projects expected to be funded under the FAA Airport

Qualification Packets should not exceed 15 pages total, including cover letter. A page is defined as 8-1/2 by 11 inches and printed on one side. Fees will be negotiated for projects as grants are obtained. Consultants shall not include fee or cost information when responding to this solicitation. Prospective consultants are advised that applied overhead rates must be in accordance with the cost principles established within Federal Regulation 48 CFR Part 31, Contract Cost Principles and Procedures.

Background
Arkansas Human Development Corporation, (herein known as AHDC) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors interested in assisting in the planning and management of rural business development conferences in Arkansas.
AHDC is a state-wide private non-profit organization founded in 1972, to improve the lives of individuals, families and communities through collaborative initiatives. AHDC provides services through three primary divisions: Economic Development, Health Education and Workforce Development. It is funded through a variety of federal, state and private sources.
AHDC seeks to contract with an individual or company for the following deliverables:
• Planning and hosting of three (3) rural business development conferences in Northeast, Southeast and Southwest Arkansas, before September 30, 2021 and the subsequent submission of a written report on conference outcomes detailing number of jobs created and number of businesses created or stabilized.
Proposal must demonstrate prior experience in conference planning and management, ability to work with rural communities and diverse populations, and ability to raise minimum of $10,000 in matching funds. A bid package containing all instructions may be obtained by contacting the person listed below.

Nabholz Construction will be accepting subcontractor bids on Thursday, February 18, 2021 for FCA Projects Building Repairs & Upgrades. Proposals will be due at 2:00PM. Scopes of work include, but are not limited to: final cleaning, demolition, concrete, masonry, misc. steel, millwork, EIFS, roofing, coiling doors, glass & glazing, metal studs and ceilings, commercial flooring, epoxy flooring, painting, doors, frames & hardware, food service equipment, bird control systems, mechanical complete, electrical, low voltage.
