Notice of Public Hearing of the North Little Rock Planning Commission. On March 9, 2021 at 4:00 P.M. in the North Little Rock City Council Chambers (300 Main St., NLR, AR) pursuant to its own motion, the North Little Rock Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing under the authority of North Little Rock Ordinance #9263. Rezone #2021-8: From PUD to R2 to allow for a church at 4500 N. Hills Blvd and described as Lot 1R, Block 60, Lakewood Addition, City of NLR, Pulaski County, AR. Special Use #2021-6: To allow a community center for youth in an R2 zone at 5301 Summertree Dr. and described as Lot E, Block 4, High Clere Addition to the City of NLR, Pulaski County, AR. Conditional Use #2021-3: to allow a tire store in a C4 zone at 5600 MacArthur Dr. and described as Lot A of Katherine G. Marshall Replat of Lot 3 of the James Bona Addition to NLR, AR. Rezone #2021-6: From R1 to C4 to allow for mini-storage at Lot 1, White Oaks Self Storage Addition, City of North Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas. Rezone #2021-7: From I1 to I2 to allow for a warehouse and distribution center over 25,000 square feet at 9401 Diamond Dr. and described as Lot 2-R, Harris Industrial Park, City of NLR, Pulaski County, AR. Conditional Use #2021-5: To allow a modular home in an R3 zone at 504 W. 25th St. and described as Lot 24, Block 22, Military Heights Renewal Addition, City of NLR, Pulaski County, AR.
