WHEREAS, on June 20, 2003, Dorothy M McClung executed a security instrument conveying certain property therein described to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as mortgagee, as nominee for Nexstar Financial Corporation, its successors and assigns; and
WHEREAS, said instrument was duly recorded July 22, 2003, in Book No. 927, at Page 784, in the real estate records of Jefferson County, Arkansas; and
WHEREAS, the default is due to missed payments beginning with a due date of May 1, 2018 under the terms of the Note and indebtedness. Because of the failure to fully cure the default the indebtedness was accelerated and is wholly due. The Mortgagee has requested the property be sold to satisfy said indebtedness, together with all fees and costs associated with these proceedings continuing to accrue, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the promissory note and security instrument.

Commencing at an iron pipe described as being 615 feet north and 205 feet west of the southeast corner of the northwest quarter of the southeast quarter (NW 1/4, SE 1/4) of section 20 ,T-5-S; R-10-W; Thence N. 01° 14' 46" W. 100 feet to the point of beginning; Thence continue N. 01° 14' 46" W. 237 feet to the south right of way line of Hwy. No. 270; Thence N. 65° 40' 41" W. 373.16 feet along said line; Thence South 314 feet; Thence S. 77° 29' 23" E. 353.6 feet to the point of beginning. Containing 2.16 acres more or less.
