Pursuant to A.C.A. §8-4-203, and the regulations promulgated thereunder, the Air Division of the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality gives the following notice:
Sunset Pet Crematory (44-00077) operates a facility located at 222 Madison 2130, Huntsville, AR 72740. This facility has submitted an application to use both propane and natural gas as fuel, and replace incinerator SN-03 with a new incinerator, SN-06, so that the facility still has three in operation. Emission changes are +8.2 tpy PM, +4.6 tpy PM10, +3.6 tpy SO2, +9.7 tpy VOC, +6.9 tpy CO, and +9.7 NOX.
The application has been reviewed by the staff of the Department and has received the Department’s tentative approval subject to the terms of this notice.

Helena Industries, Inc. (54-00009) operates a facility located at 101 MLK, Jr. Drive (Highway 49), Helena-West Helena, AR 72390. This facility has submitted an application to modify the processes with respect to two of the systems identified in the existing permit, the MILL3 process (SN03) and the Liquid 5 process (SN14). The MILL3 process was changed by disconnecting it from the common bag/cartridge filter located outside the MILL3 building and connecting it to two new bag/cartridge filter systems that were constructed inside the building. The Liquid 5 process was changed by constructing a filling room inside the existing building to collect emissions from the filling process and then treating the emissions in a new carbon adsorption system. In addition, Helena Industries operates a 250 gallon gasoline storage tank to provide fuel for plant equipment.
Total emissions changes are -1.3 tpy PM/PM10 and 1.1 tpy VOC.
The application has been reviewed by the staff of the Department and has received the Department’s tentative approval subject to the terms of this notice.

This is to give notice that the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) Water Division, 5301 Northshore Drive, North Little Rock, Arkansas 72118-5317 at telephone number (501) 682-0648, proposes a draft renewal of the permit for which an application was received on 10/22/2013, with additional information received on 4/3/2014, for the following applicant under the Arkansas Water and Air Pollution Control Act.
Applicant: Terra Renewal Services, Inc., P.O. Box 399, Dardanelle, AR 72834. The land application sites are on numerous farm fields in Benton County. For a more detailed description of the locations for each land application site, refer to Part II of the draft permit or the waste management plan. This permit is for the land application of liquid waste from swine facilities.
