NOTICE OF ENFORCEMENT
ACTIONS
Public notice is hereby given that the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) has entered into the Consent Administrative Orders and has issued the Notices of Violation listed below. Documents for these enforcement matters can be made available for inspection or copying by contacting ADEQ's Legal Division, 5301 Northshore Drive, North Little Rock, Arkansas 72118-5317. There may be a charge to cover photocopying costs for some documents. Copies of enforcement documents, including those referenced in this notice, also are available for viewing on the ADEQ website at http://www.adeq.state.ar.us/legal/cao_info.asp. Further, ADEQ is accepting written comments from the public regarding these matters. Such comments must be sent to ADEQ, Legal Division, at the above address within 30 days after publication of this Notice. If a comment on any proposed Consent Administrative Order is received by ADEQ within this time period, in accordance with Act 163 of 1993, the person submitting the comment may request the Arkansas Pollution Control and Ecology Commission to set aside the order in the matter by filing a petition with the Commission Secretary. If a comment on any Notice of Violation is received by ADEQ within this time period, the person submitting the comment will be given notice of any hearings held on the matter and shall have the right to intervene in any hearing in the matter by filing a petition for intervention with the Commission Secretary. Any such petition must be filed in accordance with applicable regulations and sent to the Commission Secretary, 101 East Capitol, Suite 205, Little Rock, Arkansas 72201.

Pursuant to A.C.A. §8-4-203, and the regulations promulgated thereunder, the Air Division of the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality gives the following notice:
White River Materials, Inc. (88-00605) operates a facility located at 8895 Cord Road, Cord, AR 72524. This facility has submitted an application to replace 1916-AGP-00, the Minor Source General Air Permit for Rock Crushing Facilities, with a minor source air permit written specifically for the facility. Annual emissions are as follows: 33.2 tpy PM, 12.1 tpy PM 10, 21.2 tpy S02, 2.2 tpy VOC, 11.9 tpy CO, 51.9 tpy NOx, 0.02 tpy total HAP.
The application has been reviewed by the staff of the Department and has received the Department's tentative approval subject to the terms of this notice.
Citizens wishing to examine the permit application and staff findings and recommendations may do so by contacting ADEQ Air Permits Branch. Citizens desiring technical information concerning the application or permit should contact, Bart Patton, Engineer. University of Arkansas, Fayetteville Campus (7200026) operates a facility located at 845 West Dickson Street, Fayetteville, AR 72701. This facility has submitted an application to install a 87.8 MMBtu/hr natural gas-fired turbine with a heat recovery steam generator (SN-107), permit two existing gasoline storage tanks (SN-108 and SN-109), and add three parts washers as insignificant activities. Overall, permitted emissions changed by +3.0 tpy PM, +2.9 tpy PM10, +1.0 tpy SO2, +6.0 tpy VOC, +16.1 tpy CO, +16 .6 tpy NOX, and less than +0.002 tpy Lead.
The application has been reviewed by the staff of the Department and has received the Department's tentative approval subject to the terms of this notice.
