Maxwell Hardwood, Inc. (22-00064) operates a facility located at 190 Wilson Mill Road, Monticello, AR 71655. This facility has submitted an application to add the applicable requirements of 40 CFR Part 63, Subpart JJJJJJNational Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants for Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional Boilers Area Sources. The emission calculations for the Wood-Waste Fired Boiler (SN-04) were updated to include 27.45 MMBtu/hour. The total emission changes are -3.4 PM tpy, -3.0 PM10 tpy, -0.2 SO2, -0.2 VOC tpy, -6.7 CO tpy, -5.4 NOx tpy, and -0.43 tpy of total HAPs.
The application has been reviewed by the staff of the Department and has received the Department’s tentative approval subject to the terms of this notice.

Pursuant to Arkansas Code Annotated, Section 8-4-203, and the regulations promulgated thereunder, the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) gives the following notice:
Humphrey Family Properties LLC (58-00817) proposes to construct and operate a crematory located at 2601 Center Valley Road, Russellville, AR 72802. This facility has submitted an application for coverage under the ADEQ Minor Source General Permit for Animal/Human Remains Incinerator Facilities.
The ADEQ Director will hold a public hearing for this application on April 2, 2015 at 6:00 PM at City Hall, 203 S. Commerce, Russellville, Arkansas 72801. Verbal comments will be accepted at the hearing, but written comments are preferred in the interest of accuracy. In addition written or email comments on this issue will be considered if received no later than 4:30 p.m. (Central Time) on April 2, 2015. Written comments should be addressed to Air Division Permits; ADEQ; 5301 Northshore Drive; North Little Rock, AR 72118, or email comments to airpermits@adeq.state.ar.us. The comment period will close when the hearing adjourns.

Public Notice
Pursuant to the Arkansas Operating Air Permit Program (Regulation #26) Section 602, the Air Division of the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality gives the following notice:
FutureFuel Chemical Company (32-00036) operates a facility located at 2800 Gap Road, Batesville, AR 72501. In this modification FutureFuels is adding three odor control scrubbers to reduce odors of trimethylamine and trimethylamine emitted by process equipment and a third scrubber on tank TF-14. Tank TF-14 is a pressurized tank the scrubber is on the pressure relief valve of the tank and is not permitted as a source. The other odor scrubbers are before Thermal Oxidizer SN 5N09-02 and SN-5N09-01. No increase in permitted emissions is made due to these scrubbers. The emissions for the gasoline tank SN 6N01-03 were updated. Hourly rates were increased. The “Organic HAPs” in the permit were changed to “Organic Pollutants” to include organic air contaminates and HAPs which are not VOC. Two insignificant diesel tanks were removed. The permit was updated to incorporate the fact two scrubbers before other control devices were removed. Opacity observation requirements for 5N09-01 and 5N09-02 were updated. Permitted emissions are increasing 19.2 tpy of VOC, 19.5 tpy of organic pollutants, and 0.1 tpy of inorganic HAPs.

Total permitted emission changes for this revision were: increase in CO by 1.8 tpy, VOC by 0.1 tpy, and a decrease in NOx by 1.8 tpy.

This facility has submitted an application to add the applicable requirements of 40 CFR Part 63, Subpart JJJJJJNational Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants for Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional Boilers Area Sources. The emission calculations for the Wood-Waste Fired Boiler (SN-04) were updated to include 27.45 MMBtu/hour. Humphrey Family Properties LLC (58-00817) proposes to construct and operate a crematory located at 2601 Center Valley Road, Russellville, AR 72802. This facility has submitted an application for coverage under the ADEQ Minor Source General Permit for Animal/Human Remains Incinerator Facilities.
The ADEQ Director will hold a public hearing for this application on April 2, 2015 at 6:00 PM at City Hall, 203 S. Commerce, Russellville, Arkansas 72801. Verbal comments will be accepted at the hearing, but written comments are preferred in the interest of accuracy. In addition written or email comments on this issue will be considered if received no later than 4:30 p.m. (Central Time) on April 2, 2015. Pursuant to the Arkansas Operating Air Permit Program (Regulation #26) Section 602, the Air Division of the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality gives the following notice:
FutureFuel Chemical Company (32-00036) operates a facility located at 2800 Gap Road, Batesville, AR 72501. In this modification FutureFuels is adding three odor control scrubbers to reduce odors of trimethylamine and trimethylamine emitted by process equipment and a third scrubber on tank TF-14. Tank TF-14 is a pressurized tank the scrubber is on the pressure relief valve of the tank and is not permitted as a source. The other odor scrubbers are before Thermal Oxidizer SN 5N09-02 and SN-5N09-01. No increase in permitted emissions is made due to these scrubbers. The emissions for the gasoline tank SN 6N01-03 were updated. Hourly rates were increased. The “Organic HAPs” in the permit were changed to “Organic Pollutants” to include organic air contaminates and HAPs which are not VOC. Two insignificant diesel tanks were removed. The permit was updated to incorporate the fact two scrubbers before other control devices were removed. Opacity observation requirements for 5N09-01 and 5N09-02 were updated. Permitted emissions are increasing 19.2 tpy of VOC, 19.5 tpy of organic pollutants, and 0.1 tpy of inorganic HAPs.
